Ingredients
Butter | 3 | tbsp. |
White mushroom, sliced | 450 | g |
Chicken breast, cubed | 200 | g |
Sweet yellow onion | 1 | |
Salt | 1/2 | tsp. |
Pepper | 1/2 | tsp. |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 | tbsp. |
Directions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken for 1 minute then add sliced onion and cook just until the outside of the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the mushroom and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce into the skillet.
- Stir for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the mushrooms and onions are soft and browned.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
